Pecca commits to send all orders out within 48 hours after you checkout and met with the payment criteria.
I cannot find the leather seat cover I wanted in the Pattern List?
Pecca will develop the leather seat cover if you send us the original fabric cloth, which will take 5 working days for us to develop before shipping to you.
Can we order the seat cover in leather and vinyl (PVC) mix?
We produce in full-leather, semi-leather (leather and vinyl/PVC), as well as Napa leather.
I cannot find the PVC color to match with the leather in the Online Ordering System?
We do not produce all matching leather colors for PVC due to the demand. However, we will include them if there is such demand in the future.
I have a new car needed leather which is not in the Pattern List, what should I do?
You can contact us by downloading a Form (Incoming New Pattern Form), we will arrange to collect the original fabric cloth from you, which Pecca will bear the freight charges
I have a 1994 Jaguar that needed leather, can Pecca do it?
Yes, however we only bear freight cost for original fabric cloth for car models from 2009 onwards.
Do you sew all the plastic strips for the leather seat cover?
Pecca will provide all plastic strips or extrusions as close as possible to the original plastic used in the original fabric cloth cover.
Will you sew airbag seams?
All leather seat covers that are with airbags are sewn with our Computerized Airbag Seam sewing machine. We will include Airbag Tags, Child safety buttons and Isofix labels where necessary.
I need the leather seat cover urgently!
Pecca will ship your order based on Urgent Request with 24 hours, subject to availability of material and other condition permitting the production.
Why are there only 3 default colors?
To simplify the order process and production efficiency, we provide 3 colors as default and additional colors for your selection.
How many colors can I choose?
Pecca provide more than 20 colors for your selection. A copy of the color catalogue will be provided to you in a folder and are also available online.
Does the leather seat cover come with Warranty?
Pecca provides 12 months warranty for all material defects. A copy of the Terms & Conditions are available online on the "Warranty" page.
